Press Release Summary: RadarFind Expands National Team with Addition of Three
Industry Veterans

Press Release Body: MORRISVILLE, N.C. (September 23, 2008) – RadarFind Corporation,
a health care technology company offering a patented Real Time Location System
(RTLS) for tracking medical equipment and patients, announces the addition of three
industry veterans to its staff as the company continues to expand in response to the
increasing demand for real-time asset and patient tracking in the health care
industry.

Matthew Weisensee joins RadarFind as the Vice President of Sales and Business
Development, Stephen Snell as the Director of Hardware Engineering, and Ryan Bloom
as the Director of Software Development.

“The RadarFind RTLS has proven to be a powerful new resource for the health care
industry to improve operational efficiency and control costs, which is driving our
tremendous growth since the product launched in May 2007,” said RadarFind Chief
Executive Officer Terry Kane, M.D. “Matt, Stephen and Ryan have proven expertise in
their fields and will enable RadarFind to adapt to changing business needs as we
serve our existing hospital customers, continue to build relationships with hundreds
of hospitals and health systems nationwide, and invest in research to advance our
patented technology.”

The RadarFind RTLS, developed by health care professionals for hospitals, is an
asset and patient tracking system designed to help hospital staff more quickly
locate critical patient care equipment and improve clinical workflow. RadarFind is
also the only RTLS to provide valuable, accurate information about a device’s status
(in use, available, or needs cleaning) and location history, which can assist a
hospital’s infection control and surveillance. Unlike other conventional RFID and
WiFi location-tracking solutions, RadarFind functions independently of a hospital’s
critical IT network, requires no new wiring in patient areas and can provide
room-level accuracy with no need for ongoing calibration. All RadarFind tags and
readers are embedded with a temperature sensor as standard equipment, suitable for
many automatic temperature-sensing applications within hospitals. The RTLS
technology platform is also ideal for patient tracking based upon the frequency band
used (900 MHz).

Weisensee has more than 20 years experience in business development for the health
care, service and technology industries. Most recently, Weisensee was Vice President
of Business Development for Awarepoint Corporation, where he led sales and marketing
efforts in addition to building strategic partnerships with key manufacturers and
other organizations. Prior to Awarepoint, he served in a senior management capacity
for several global services, health care, consulting and security-focused companies,
including Gallup, Inc., Weiser Security Services and The Wackenhut Corporation. His
expertise in the security industry will be used to leverage emerging synergies
between RTLS and enterprise health-care security applications, including video
analytics, access control and integrated security solutions. Weisensee’s background
includes extensive experience driving growth in companies. Under his leadership, he
will guide RadarFind’s sales and business development team through a period of
national expansion.

Snell brings more than 30 years experience in the hardware engineering industry to
his position at RadarFind. Most recently, Snell spent 17 years with ICTV Inc. where
he led the hardware engineering department, managing personnel and operations while
also leading the development of Interactive TV technology. Prior to working at ICTV
Inc., Snell was involved with project management and led system/product architecture
design operations at several California-based technology companies. Snell will be
working on component packaging for RadarFind and advancing the system’s hardware
integration.

Bloom has more than ten years experience in building enterprise software systems.
Most recently Bloom was Director of Open Source Initiatives for Misys Healthcare
Systems, where he led developers, business leaders and external Open Source
communities in working together to improve Open Source software. Prior to that time,
Bloom held software development positions with Apache, Red Hat and Peopleclick.
Bloom is also the author of numerous journal articles and the book Apache Server
2.0: The Complete Reference. Bloom brings his expertise to RadarFind as he leads an
expanding team of software developers to enhance user interfaces, integration and
reporting tools.
